Altro ottimo fotografo contemporaneo, reportagista e paesaggista, fotografo marchiato National Geographic anche lui. Ho Conosciuto le sue foto leggendo il bellissimo libro "Marco Polo", che consiglio a tutti, nel quale Yamashita rivive al giorno d'oggi (o meglio ieri, trattandosi dello scorso secolo) le avventure e i percorsi seguiti da Marco Polo e descritti ne "Il Milione".
