Io ho utilizzato lo strumetno "misura", poi ho ruotato il canvass con l'angolo calcolato dal precedente strumento.

Per farlo ad occhio, dovresti utilizzare lo strumento "trasfoma" (sul menù edit di PS), e poi utilizzare la taglierina.
Comunque nell'img che ho postato, ho ricostrutito alcuni dettagli con il timbro clone e con la toppa (diversamente dopo la ruotazione ed il taglio, alcuni parti sarebbe andate perse).

n.b. per il tuo dubbio... confesso che anche per me la versione torre di pisa ha più fascino!
